2. 12-year-old ‘crochet prodigy’ uses his craft to give back

Jonah Larson is a 12 year old crochet prodigy from LaCrosse, Wisconsin. His story has been featured in hundreds of articles including in the New York Times, The Times of London, Forbes, Oprah Magazine, People and the USA Today. He has appeared on the Today Show, Little Big Shots with Melissa McCarthy, The Kelly Clarkson Show, The Drew Barrymore Show, and Pickler & Ben. Jonah has authored his two books called “Hello, Crochet Friends!” and “Giving Back Crochet”. Jonah is most proud of his philanthropic work and has funded his first Jonah’s Hands Library in Ethiopia in the rural village where he was born.

3. McDonald’s customer returns $5K he was given by accident

On Jan. 16, Josiah Vargas shared a video detailing his trip to a McDonald’s drive-thru in Elkhart, Indiana that resulted in him receiving much more than he ordered. In the now-viral clip, which has amassed over 2.3 million views, Vargas is shocked by what he finds in his to-go bag instead of breakfast: thousands of dollars.
